Nasstexturate (HME)

With possible Process Zone Configurations at 40 and 60 L/D, a generously dimensioned Cooling Die and a very extensive set of standard and specialty screw elements, we are in a technologically comfortable position to tackle any HME extrusion challenge and consider this technology one of our core competences.

Texturiertes Pflanzenprotein (TVP)

Unser Labor verfügt über Pulvermischer sowie vollständig geschlossene, staubfreie Pulverhandhandling- und LIW-Dosieranlagen. In Kombination mit unserem Anwendungslabor, das Produkttests vor Ort ermöglicht, und unserer umfassenden Erfahrung in der nachgelagerten Anwendungsentwicklung (z. B. für Produkte wie Fleischersatzprodukte und Burger) sind wir stolz darauf, hochmoderne Produktentwicklungs- und Produktionskapazitäten für TVP anbieten zu können.

Expandierte Stärke- und Faserprodukte

Downstream nach unserem Extruder verfügen wir über einen Konvektionskühler und optional zusätzlich herkömmliche Trocknungs- und Würz-Schritte, die sich perfekt für die Herstellung aller Arten von expandierten Produkten auf Stärke- oder Faserbasis eignen

Dry & Wet Milling Processes

With a wide range of specialty, kneeding and mixing elements, a very powerful extruder motor, the possibility to run very long 60 L/D processing zones and versatile solid and liquid dosing capabilities we are confident to address any dry- or wet-milling challenges.

Solid - Liquid Separation & Press

Besides the traditional extrusion technology applications, we also handle exciting new applications such as solid-liquid separation and press processes.

While these can also be addressed with other machinery, using a twin-screw extruder allows for the integration of several additional processing steps into a single machine and running at very competitive throughput/footprint ratios.

We offer advice and constulting services all around food extrusion, including your existing or to-be production setup:

  • advice on product targets and specs, raw materials, processing parameters and processing zone setup

  • advice on improving, troubleshooting or optimising existing processes

  • support in selecting equipment suppliers and speccing out new extruders or entire extrusion lines

  • support during your equipment procurement from introduction to comissioning

Marketable Trial Batch Production

Our unique setup with very versatile equipment and operations, but in a fully qualified food-safe environment allows us to flexibly produce test-batches that are fully marketable, according to your specific needs and in compliance with existing Swiss regulation.

Auftragsfertigung

Für ausgewählte Kunden und Produkte fahren wir regelmäßig Produktionskampagnen, um deren Bedarf an Kleinbatches zu decken oder Lieferfähigkeit zwischen der Produktentwicklung und der Inbetriebnahme neuer Produktionslinien zu sichern und so Markteinführungszeiten deutlich zu verkürzen.
